Enterprise Agreement

This Enterprise Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all customers who enrol in the Filowise Enterprise Plan. By activating an Enterprise account, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Enterprise Plan Overview
The Filowise Enterprise Plan ("Plan") provides your organisation with immediate, unrestricted access to all form types on the Filowise platform. Unlike individual per-form purchases, the Enterprise Plan operates on a metered billing model — you use the platform freely and are billed at the end of each calendar month based on actual usage.
There is no monthly minimum charge. You pay only for what you use.
2. Billing Model
Enterprise billing works as follows:
- Usage is tracked automatically for every form downloaded, expert request submitted, and API call made under your Enterprise account.
- At the end of each calendar month ("Billing Period"), Filowise calculates your total usage.
- An invoice is generated and your saved payment method is charged on or around the 1st of the following month.
- Invoices are emailed to the billing email address on your account.
- There is no upfront charge to activate the Enterprise Plan.
3. Per-Form Pricing Schedule
Usage is billed at the following rates, which are the same as individual per-form pricing:
Filowise reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing usage in the current billing period is always charged at the rate in effect at the time of use.
4. Payment Method
Enterprise customers are required to provide a valid payment method (credit card or debit card) at the time of account activation. Your payment method is stored securely by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Filowise does not store full card details.
By providing your payment method, you authorise Filowise to charge it automatically at the end of each Billing Period for the amount shown on your monthly invoice.
If a charge fails, Filowise will attempt to notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, access to your Enterprise account may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe an invoice contains an error, you must raise a dispute within 15 days of the invoice date by emailing hello@filowise.com with your invoice ID and a description of the disputed charges. Disputes raised after 15 days may not be accepted.
During an active dispute, the undisputed portion of the invoice remains due and payable on the original due date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Enterprise Plan at any time by emailing hello@filowise.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period. You will receive a final invoice for usage in the period up to cancellation.
Filowise may cancel or suspend an Enterprise account immediately if: (a) payment is overdue by more than 14 days; (b) the account is used in violation of the Terms of Service; or (c) Filowise discontinues the Enterprise Plan with 30 days' notice.
7. Usage Reporting
You can view your current-month usage at any time by logging in to your Filowise dashboard. Usage data includes the number of forms generated, expert requests submitted, and API calls made, broken down by form type.
8. Data and Confidentiality
All customer data handled under this Agreement is subject to the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may process form data on behalf of their end clients. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from end clients whose data you submit through the platform.
9. Limitations of Liability
Filowise's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Filowise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost business or IRS penalties.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
