No refunds

Self-Serve Forms — No Refunds
Purchases of self-serve form preparation (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E) are non-refundable. These are digital products — on completing payment, your completed IRS-compliant PDF is generated and made available for immediate download.
Because the product is delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed. This is consistent with digital goods policies under consumer protection frameworks.
If you experienced a technical error that prevented delivery of your PDF, or if you were charged more than once for the same form, please contact us at hello@filowise.com and we will make it right.
Expert-Assisted Forms — Case by Case
For expert-assisted services (Form 8832, Form 8822-B, W-8BEN-E Expert Review), refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:
1. Contact us at hello@filowise.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
2. Include your order ID and the reason for your request.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with a decision.
Refunds for expert-assisted services are generally not available once an expert has begun preparing your form, reviewed your intake responses, or made contact with you. If you cancel before any expert work has started, a full refund will typically be issued.
Enterprise Plan Billing
Enterprise customers are billed monthly in arrears for actual usage. Disputed charges must be raised within 15 days of the invoice date by emailing hello@filowise.com. See the Enterprise Agreement for full details.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We strongly encourage customers to contact us first — we resolve legitimate issues quickly and fairly.
Payment Processing Errors
If you were charged due to a payment processing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), we will issue a full refund immediately upon verification. Please contact us with your order details and we will resolve it within one business day.
